Implement Default for descriptor_set Id types #2656

This changes adds Default implementations to SamplerId, SampledImageId, StorageImageId, StorageBufferId, AccelerationStructureId using the INVALID id value as default.

Main motivation is to not break custom_derives: [Default] in the shader macro when using bindless.
